For context, before calling Craig we had contacted another company (Dans Plumbing). While they partially cleared the blockage, they then tried to pressure us into unnecessary “repairs” with a ridiculous $17,000 quote, making false claims about damaged pipes. We refused, but still had to pay $1,250 for their overpriced call-out.
