Highly recommend them for fast and efficient service – thank you Craig! For context, before calling Craig we had contacted another company (Dans Plumbing). While they partially cleared the blockage, they then tried to pressure us into unnecessary “repairs” with a ridiculous $17,000 quote, making false claims about damaged pipes. We refused, but still had to pay $1,250 for their overpriced call-out. In the end, Craig solved the issue properly without the nonsense. Craig and his team visited my house to resolve a blocked sewer pipe issue. Using a high-pressure jet, they removed a significant amount of grease buildup that had accumulated over the years. During a detailed camera inspection, Craig identified tree root intrusion in a section of the pipe maintained by Sydney Water. He reported the issue to Sydney Water, who removed the tree roots but claimed that "no issues were found with the asset maintained by Sydney Water." The following day, Craig and his team returned, performed another camera inspection, and collected video evidence showing that the roots had entered the pipe at the junction, which falls under Sydney Water's responsibility. Using the video evidence provided by Craig, I submitted a customer claim to Sydney Water for my losses. Craig and his team went above and beyond to resolve the issue. His professionalism and customer-first approach were evident throughout the process. I am extremely satisfied with his service and will gladly recommend Craig to my friends.
